The THRIVE Framework™ was designed to take root across the organizations ready to operationalize it. LaVerne L. Brown PhD Consulting LLC and My Health Reimagined are its two founding institutional expressions, each operating in the lane where it carries the most authority and accountability.

LaVerne L. Brown PhD Consulting LLC is where Dr. Brown brings the intellectual architecture of THRIVE directly into organizational and systems-level practice. It is the branch through which foundations, health systems, and policy organizations engage THRIVE as an operational framework for structural health equity transformation.

Founded by Dr. Brown as a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, My Health Reimagined is the branch through which THRIVE principles grow in community-governed practice. My Health Reimagined is reshaping how health is understood, how outcomes are discussed, and how studies are designed, by centering community storytelling, science literacy, and research justice as levers for accountability and systems change.

The two organizations are legally and operationally distinct. They share an intellectual foundation and a founder. Depending on the nature of your organization's goals, either or both may be the appropriate point of collaboration.
